Return Policy:

At Tavolo Furniture, we prioritize customer satisfaction. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy, including cases where the product does not match the exact specifications agreed upon.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your furniture must:

Be in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product does not match the agreed specifications, you are also eligible for a return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at tavolofurniture.ch@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to our factory address at Al-Mansourya Alharam, Giza.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the agreed specifications, contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or proceed with a return or refund if necessary.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom furniture (special orders or personalized items).

Discounted or sale items.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest process is to initiate a return. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you have not received the refund after 14 business days, contact us at tavolofurniture.ch@gmail.com.
