Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing times vary depending on the order size and product customization. Typically, processing takes 4-6 weeks for standard orders. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time.

Shipping Methods:
We partner with reliable logistics companies to ensure your furniture is delivered safely. Our standard shipping method includes door-to-door delivery. For larger orders, we may arrange specialized shipping to accommodate the size and weight of the items.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary based on your location and the size of your order. Standard delivery within Saudi Arabia and Egypt typically takes 30-35 business days once the order has been dispatched. For bulk orders or remote areas, delivery may take longer.

Shipping Costs:

Delivery Conditions:  
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the furniture. If you are unavailable, kindly arrange for someone else to receive it on your behalf. Our delivery team will contact you prior to arrival.

Damage During Transit:  
We take great care in packaging and shipping your furniture. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
